Originally designed to measure the tension on telephone wires, the Dillon Dynamometer has proven to have limitless versatility as a tension, traction and weight measuring instrument. It has been used for such diverse jobs as mounting cables for bridges; adjusting tension on guy wires; field testing chain, rope, wire—anything requiring precision force or tension measurement.

Dillon model 30006-0035 Anti-Parallax Mechanical Dynamometers are 5" in diameter and rated for capacities up to 2000 pounds. Also available in metric: model 30006-0159 is rated up to 1000 kg.

Includes: Dynamometer, shackles and pins, maximum pointer, zero adjust for tare, molded plastic carrying case, and calibration certificate.
