Hastings 11-016 6' Soft Wire Ratchet Cutters cut 1000 MCM aluminum and 500 MCM copper strand with a maximum diameter of 2" including insulation.

Hastings Ratchet Cutters feature interchangeable heads; this model includes the soft wire head - DO NOT use this head to cut ASCR.
